My name is Beverly Best, but most people call me Bev! I have been selling real estate since 1999, and in 2005, I focused my knowledge and expertise on the White Mountain Area. After living in the Phoenix metropolitan area for nearly 30 years, I made the decision to follow my heart and move back to the mountains. Since my husband and I made the decision to move, we have been able to live an amazing life up here.

I have been a top producer on the mountain for many years and was the number ONE real estate agent on the mountain in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. My name is Hannah Zachman. I have been an apprentice – training, learning, and experiencing the ways of real estate from Beverly Best since the Fall of 2018. Bev is a top producer agent in the White Mountains and has been the number ONE agent since 2019. Like everyone else, I fell hard for Pinetop and the surrounding areas and decided to purchase a home in Lakeside, and after four years of ‘remotely’ working together, Bev and I teamed up for a mother-daughter partnership! Have I mentioned that Bev is my mom?!

With a passion for service in the White Mountains, I am ready to help with your home-buying and selling needs. I am an active member of our community and am so excited to be turning my focus toward real estate. It’s easy to sell something when you have an absurd passion for it. I spend most of my free time reinforcing all the reasons Pinetop-Lakeside is home, and I hope we can become neighbors! Prior to real estate, I spent the first part of my career in the window covering and interior design industries. My career in real estate took off when my son was born with a congenital heart defect and had open heart surgery at 10 days old. With his lowered immune system, he was not able to go into daycares, and I needed to find a job that allowed me to work from home. Luckily, my mom needed a transaction coordinator and hired me on the spot! We had an instant, wonderful working relationship, and within the first year, my mom was the Number one agent on the mountain. To say that we work well together is the understatement of the year. I have truly learned so much about the real estate industry and the community. I am looking forward to my next chapter here in the White Mountains, buying and selling homes for you and your family. Hannah and Bev work with both Buyers and Sellers, equally.

Will you be handling everything, or will I also be working with a sales associate or administrative assistant?

Hannah and Bev handle everything, at every stage of the working relationship, and are a ‘well-oiled machine.’, you will either be working with Hannah or Bev – occasionally Bev’s husband, Bruce Best, will show you home(s) that you have discussed with Hannah or Bev prior. This is for the client’s benefit, this allows for more frequent showings. Bruce also has an Active Real Estate License in Arizona.

What areas do you primarily work in?

Hannah and Bev focus their expertise on communities located all over the White Mountains; Show Low, Pinetop, Lakeside, Greer, Linden, Vernon, Pinedale, White Mountain Lakes, Taylor, Shumway, Snowflake, Heber-Overgaard and MORE!

How many years of experience and training do you have?

Bev Best has had and maintained an active Real Estate License since 1999 and Hannah Zachman has been working with Bev Best since the Fall of 2018 and obtained her Real Estate License in the Spring of 2022.

During that time, they’ve attended courses covering topics such as real estate contracts, the mortgage process, and marketing.
